Class Information
Moving People Dance Centre offers professional quality dance training to students of all ages. We provide a well- rounded dance education by emphasizing world-class instruction in technique, proper body awareness and alignment, injury prevention and longevity. We are interested in creating life-long professional and recreational dancers.

Levels of Instruction
MPDC faculty place each student at an appropriate instructional level based on an assessment of individual needs, ability, and experience. Ages listed for each level are only suggested guidelines.
Young Children's Program (ages 3 - 7, specifically noted for each class)
Level I Beginning (ages 8 - 12)
Level II Beginning / Intermediate (ages 10 - 13)
Level III Intermediate / Advanced (ages 12 - 15)
Level IV Advanced / Professional (ages 15 +)
Adult Program (ages 18 +)
Moving People, Too! - Pre - professional student company, by audition only. Performs twice/year.

Directions: 1583 Pacheco St is located near the cross street of San Mateo. From St Francis, go west on San Mateo and turn right at the first light which is Pacheco St. You will see Marshall's Office Supply building on the right and turn into the driveway for 1583 Pacheco.
Our Dress Code
Ballet: Tights, solid colored leotard, ballet shoes and hair securely fastened off neck and face
Boys: Black tights, fitted t-shirts and ballet shoes
Jazz and Modern: Fitted dance clothes, appropriate shoes, hair securely fastened off neck and face
ALL DANCE ATTIRE SHOULD ALLOW THE INSTRUCTOR TO SEE YOUR BODY
